Gwen Richardson has established a reputation for excellence, devotion, attention to detail, and loyalty throughout the course of her more than nine years as a Realtor. Gwen is the appropriate real estate team member to help you streamline what can be a stressful and difficult process. She is a member of the Nation Association of Realtors, Philadelphia Board of Realtist, and NAREB. Gwen prides herself on working hard and honestly for customers while occasionally performing miracles as a result of her years in the front offices of prominent Philadelphia sports teams.

Gwen attended Cedar Grove Christian Academy, now known as The International School, where she developed an authentic knowledge and respect for all cultures and interactions with individuals from all walks of life. Gwen received his bachelor's degree from Messiah College and afterwards attended Temple University's graduate school of communications. She has worked for the professional sports clubs of the Philadelphia 76ers, Flyers, and Eagles, as well as the University of Pennsylvania and Bryn Mawr Hospital.

Gwen's expertise spans the greater Philadelphia and suburban areas. She enjoys sharing her knowledge of the Main Line neighborhoods, where she has lived for 37 years, as well as the Oak Lane neighborhoods of Philadelphia, where she spent the first ten years of her life. Gwen is the daughter of Dr. Willie Richardson, founder of Christian Research and Development and pastor of Christian Stronghold Church.

Gwen has traveled extensively around the United States as a public speaker and served on the Women's Board. Gwen teaches Bible classes and supports adolescent girls, which has prepared her for the emotional rollercoaster that is real estate investing. Additionally, she is a Screen Actors Guild of America member (SAG-AFTRA). Her acting abilities come in helpful while bargaining on behalf of her clients.
